Wilder would have been knocked down in every round and permanently damaged you fool. As much as I have dissed Wilder over the years I have more respect for him now than before because he took his licks like a true warrior. Why would you want to see a man damaged for life just to satisfy your blood lust?

Lots of people say crazy things for airtime.

How can a troll who lives for attention slink away? It's not like he ever gets positive responses so this makes no difference to him.

Makes a Wilder-less post fight presser seem odd. Actually no it doesn't, he needs time to get all of his excuses together.

I'm guessing they will be -

"I came in too heavy, that's my coaches fault"

"He was 30+ pounds heavier than me at my heaviest"

"The ref let him get away with mauling me all night, he was biased towards Fury even though he gave him a ridiculous point deduction"

"He scored a lucky punch that took away my e-qwak-like-bree-am."

"They threw in towel right before I was about to recover"

"Fury was allowed to rise from the dead but I wasn't allowed to carry on getting beaten up".

Since when is the heavyweight champion of the world (at the time) having trouble getting airtime?

Wilder talked of wanting to kill a person in the ring in a few interviews and he said it in different ways, e.g. wanting a 'body' on his record. This wasn't a one-time, spur of the moment attention-grab.

I saw one interview, in which he actually rationalized his legal right to kill a man in the ring. And, he did so with a certain glee.

Wilder might well have been looking at it from the point of view that all publicity is good publicity but, either way, it made him look a rather unbalanced individual.

    Just watched it again.

Wilder was dropped 4 times, and was ragged from pillar to post.

He should have nothing to do with a rematch.

I'm starting to think that WIlder was having problems heading into the rematch that the weight he gained may have been because he had some kind of leg problem and gained the extra weight because he couldn't train as hard.

And I hate excuses as much as anyone but he did not look like his normal self in there.

Wilder will come out with another 90 excuses.

Probably something like broke both legs in camp or some bollocks.

He didn't look right cus he was being cracked by a nearly twenty stone man.
