    Probably.

Wilders latest interview hints towards him even being cut from the team entirely.

I think the biggest danger is that Fury is not a big puncher. He was going to hit Wilder again and again until he can no longer take it. That's the kind of outcome that can lead to brain injuries.

Wilder only had some success in the first round where he landed his right hand. After round 3, he couldn't land anything and he was constantly out of balance to land a big shot. If he was banking on 1 big punch, it wasn't coming. He was a sitting duck and if he continue to take accumulative punishment, it would have ended badly for him.

Breland saved Wilder from himself. Deas isn't helping by constantly mouthing off. He should be supporting Breland, but I think they may have had disagreements during camp and he's using this opportunity to push Breland out.

Which would constitute a grave mistreatment of Breland.

No surprise. Although Breland did save him from an oxygen tent or worse.

You don't need a towel to stop a fight. All the trainer has to do is Step up on the canvas and tell them you are calling it of.

Yes, the fight should have been stopped. Wilder was finished and beating was beginning to take place...

But why the **** is the assistant trainer throwing the towel?! Keep towels the **** out of his hands.

Can the Cutman or S&C coach throw a towel? Can the Watson twins come from the stands and throw in the towel ?

That has to be the call of one, single man in the corner. The head trainer.

Wilder took an ass whooping.... no one is exageratting anything... forget my hate for Wilder.... Wilder was getting pumelled and not defending himself for many rounds... he was not throwing back!!!!!

If he has an issue with the towel being thrown in... then everytime anyone see Wilder in public we throw a towel on his head till he gets the message..

In fact in his next ring walk... everyone should just throw white towels at him

No, don’t do that. The towels may weigh him down and compromise his legs. :shakehead:

Breland was brave and right for throwing in the towel. More excuses, disfunction and chaos from Wilder’s team. Fury was landing unanswered shots and the fight was coming to an end. They could have waited a few seconds but the stoppage was justified. The ref appeared to be ready to call the fight. When a guy is getting hit like that, dazed and not throwing punches in return, the fight is usually stopped.

From the news coming out of the Wilder camp, Breland is done. Someone has to be the fall guy. It’s too bad because Mark is a good dude and did the right thing. Wilder is an idiot and a disloyal one at that.
