Wilder vs Ron Lyle

    The best versions of each....
    Given Wilders limitations, I think Ron Lyle destroys him. Think of the Lyle that fought Foreman.... absolute destruction

    Are others here inclined to agree?

    Could go either way, but I actually would pick Wilder over Lyle, since Lyle had a bad habit of not pacing himself. I could see Lyle gassing himself out against Wilder and I also don’t see Lyle neutralizing Wilder’s right hand.

    The only guys in Wilders career, who ever neutralized his right hand was Stiverne (1st fight), but he couldn’t neutralize the jab, so he got outpointed and Fury (2nd fight), who neutralized both Wilder’s right hand and jab and we seen the result.
