Reg Gutteridge reckoned that Jimmy Braddock told him he was born in Manchester but swore him to secrecy so Reg couldn't say anything until Jimmy died.

When did Larry beat Max Schmeling ? He also lost to Don McCorkindale. Are we saying that a win against Phainting Phil Scott is a badge of honour ???
Gains was also knocked out 3 times by Jack London and stopped twice by Ben Foord. Not exactly Hall of Famers

Gains was washed up when he lost to London.
    Scott did beat Heeney,Campolo,Roberti.
I never suggested he was anything special, but he was ,for a while a contender.

Must say I didn't realise Gains beat Max Schmeling, although it turns out it was very early in Max's career. Phil Scott ? Oh come on Mac !

This was a tough one as I haven't seen much of the non Europeans and it's hard to guage the older ones on records alone. I can promise Jack Doyle won't be in there though !

    Vitali Klitschko
    Tyson Fury
    Anthony Joshua

Cokkell never fought Charles, he has wins over a washed up Lastarza and Mathews a light heavyweight .Whitaker and Nicholson were not rated Savarese was a 2nd rater.Your knowledge of this and the previous decade of boxing is as poor as your knowledge of the 20's,30's 40, 50's. Do me a favour you half wit, don't post on my threads, I'm not interested in your stupid waste of space comments.

It probably hasn’t occurred to you that we come here to discuss boxing, not to see you disrupt a thread that is a reasonable topic for discussion.

Take this trolling and stalking somewhere else, please, that we may use this forum for its intended purpose.

It really, truly is not all about you.
