I don't like Joshua but at least he has some boxing skills (albeit he is still a basic boxer). That alone means he is "superior" to Wilder. I don't see how he would lose to the big dosser if he fights tactical.
Mayorga was mad, he don't count hes a one off lol..He had a granite chin prime and hungry and worked hard for his win back against Forrest, awkward and could punch. Mayorga is a far better fighter than Wilder, fought and beat great fighters
Wilder's hype was all based on his power, and I believe he proved his power really well against an ATG quality fighter like Fury in the first fight. There were zero lies or deception about Wilder's hype. Joshua, on the other hand, got roasted against an obese fighter. I wouldn't question anyone's mindset if I had a thread titled "do you guys like me?? ".
Wilders hype is based off careful matchmaking and knocking out C level opponents, only casual simpletons with naturally low IQ’s and poor income would fall for that.
Fury proved what other fighters haven proven and what most of us know and that is that wilder is poor fighting on the backfoot. Force wilder back or get him to use his useless footwork and you can easily outbox him if you have enough power he can be hurt. Most if the top 10 if not all can outbox wilder however most have also shown that they cannot take his power. So the best way to deal with him is force him back. He will always carry that threat however of being able to spark you if you let him settle or switch off
