Wilder is done . Should have retired after the draw. I can see Wilder going the route of Jermain Taylor and getting KOed fight after fight. I have to applaud him . For a man who started boxing at such a late age with such poor fundamentals , he made it damn far in the sport . Unfortunately he’ll never truly accept this defeat and will end up staying in the sport far far longer than he should trying to reach the pinnacle again . Imagine how humiliated he must feel right now after such an embarrassing loss . His peanut brain can’t process it. He’s scrambling for excuses trying to rationalize the loss in any way possible. Boxing is a tough sport to be in

Agreed, as Wilder would say it's mindbubbling, lol.

Wilder couldn’t even beat a guy like Gerald Washington without his right hand bailing him out. Washington outboxed him for 5 rounds straight. Wilders entire title reign was on borrowed time and that was always plain to see

    1) What does Trump have to do with anything?
    2) Wilder's not a narcissist. He just has a massive ego. It can be difficult to tell the difference sometimes but in Wilder's case it's simply that a lot of easy victories have gone to his head. He's got media hype machine telling him he's a great champion, because he's black, American and because media people are often idiots, so he believes it.

He's not the first sportsman or even the first boxer that this has happened to.

So if and when Wilder will lay out a top ten opponent, and he will ........said opponent turns instantly into a Done Bum, correct ?

Was WK done after he quit against a Journeyman ? Ko'ed silly by heavybag Brewster and was he also done after getting sparked by a Golfer who never ever won a meaningful fight ?

BUT BUT BUT WK was soooooooooooo technical and soooooooooooooooooooooooo skilled and soooooooooooooooo nice

Cotto was trashed worse by the Brick cheater and Pacy......and still came back.....freaking casuals like you of course believed he was done too.

The top 50 have more skill then wilder

and do they need to be 271? Nah 240 is more than enough.. they all shorter so lower center of gravity and thicker

I think his corner stoping the fight and him not getting stopped helps him ego wise

Wilder needs to check his ego in order to bounce back. It’s probably time for him to change trainers and get a real teacher in his corner. He will get beaten soundly by Fury again if he doesn’t.

Like Jay Deas said though, Breland has the last say in the corner.

Anything can happen with that kind of power but not bloody likely if he is facing fury ...

But don’t take my word for it!

Trump is an ego maniac and so is Wilder, he`s now deluding himself that Fury isn`t better than him.

Of course Mark, it is a lost art now to be able to dodge right hands in boxing.

Grandmaster sifu Tyson Fury is the last dojo master with knowledge on the "dodge and slip right hand" technique and the "iron fist of preying mantis on tissue paper" technique as well.
