This is a very close fight here!! I'm tempted to pick Jay Harris here, what are your thoughts?? Is Harris worse than Selby?? Does this Part time Amazon worker have what it takes to go from rags to riches??
Cant see him wining here. He's very, very game but that isn't going to work in his favour. I don't think he has the talent Selby had either, whose career hasn't gone as well as it perhaps should have
Can't see anything other than a Martinez win, but I rate Harris and I think he'll give a good account of himself, I just think Martinez is a level above. Too tough, too strong, too powerful, too Mexican. Looking forward to this fight.
Voted Martinez but I hope Harris can do it. I think he will do well enough but it is a big jump up in class from the likes of Paddy Barnes and others hes faced.
Fair play to Harris, he showed serious heart and durability in that fight. It was a great scrap to watch and he landed some sweet shots....however, when he did land sweet, Martinez seemed to just follow it up with several hard shots of his own, all on various points on the body too. The way Martinez mixes his shot up is quality to watch, he throws lovely combinations...like Munguia at the higher weights, he does stand square sometimes and gets caught flush. Fun fight, and credit to Harris in defeat.
