Chacon and Saad are my top 2 as well but they're all ridiculously exciting fighters. Oh, and Boza 'never in a bad fight' Edwards should definitely be on there!
From the three or four Lopez fights I have seen, I agree with this. I think Yaqui Lopez should be on this list. And as long I'm on a Lopez jag, what about Indian Red? Maybe I'm going overboard there, but I always thought Yaqui's fights were pretty exciting back in the day.
How could I forget Basilio as well! His fights with DeMarco, particularly the second one, were classics.
When Boza first came to the UK from Uganda, he was already a well known Amateur International noted for his dancing feet and a big punch.
Arturo Gatti and evander was like a ****ing hero in a film when you thought that he was finished he came back from the hell with a combination of 10 punches
Damn, I have been a fan of boxing for a long time and I have missed the Chacon fights and based on this thread I feel I have missed something. Which Chacon fights should we zero in on?
They were all great to watch. My personal picks would be Corrales,Gatti ,Lopez , Saad. I haven't seen Vasquez.
Decided to add Kevin Kelley to the mix. He seems to be overlooked nowadays but he’s produced one of the best fights and comebacks.
