    García is having trouble getting a rhythm established, and Vargas is hardly inclined to wait on him. Vargas is stuffing a long jab into his face, pumped out several times before splaying his legs and tottering around García, heel-toe, like a mathematical compass, and whacking García with hooks when he starts reaching up with his own jab. García shaking it off when he gets hit, nothing bothering him that much, but he can't tag Vargas back reliably.

    Benefit of the doubt for his p4p list halcyon days ...based on work at lower weights than welter (and Vargas is honestly more of a light middle tbh)
