All bias aside, do you think people are being way too harsh on Deontay Wilder?

Wilder haters are going overboard here and are doing a massive disservice to what Tyson Fury did. If that fight hand was so easy to avoid and negotiate with, 42 other opponents would have done so easily. No one else in the division can do what Tyson Fury did

At 35 years old, no he won`t improve, he will start decline and the process will be fast.

Btw i understand that after the fight the cleaner decide to give Wilder his paycheck, because Wilder did a good job, cleaning the canvas through the 7 rounds he was at the ring.
So i think it will be fair for us to stop blaming him for beating truck drivers, cause the guy is a obvious a cleaner and its fair to match him with truck drivers and buffet bums.
Wilder had my respect. Head off for that cleaner.
If someone have his contacts i will be grateful to get them, cause my floor need a good clean.

I think perception is the reality here.
& it doesnt help with a guy like Tyson fury calling you a fraud, bum, and a dosser.
    Ever step of the way

Watch it again, that is Wilder Winning a Bronze Olympic Medal, after One year of taking boxing!

Most boxers can't get into world class Amateur fight even after a decade of training, let alone win an Olympic Medal!

For a guy who first took up Boxing for the first time when he was 20 years old, Wilder has done pretty well for himself. Also remember, he had to fight early on in his career to help pay for his daughters medical bills

    lol
I can see him in a hospital gown, the ones that do up at the back crying, with Drs taking measurements for his legs like he has some wasting disease and someone showing the Drs a clip with Wilder v Fury 2, and they even laugh too. Everywhere he looks theres people laughing at his legs

Not at all, he's still in great shape, athletic, healthy, and hasn't taken much punishment during his career. No one is talking about him becoming a stick and move boxer, by basic fundamentals people mean holding his hands high, not low, using footwork instead of lunges and throwing proper punches straight instead of telegraphed loopers. Power is the last thing to go, Wilder has great physical advantages, just needs a trainer who isn't a yes man PE teacher. If Wilder uses simple fundamentals and works behind a jarring jab followed by his right, thrown straight, he will break down opponents quite easily rather than getting schooled and hoping for a haymaker.

Wilder - "What are you talking about I had 10 title defenses".

Teddy Atlas - "They! Was! Handpicked!"

:lol::lol: Agree totally mate, nothing wrong with Wilder, fighters aren't meant to be geniuses, it's his yes men team/managers and the cheeseburger Eddie's around him.

Deontay Wilder would have beaten most other opponents on the night he lost to Tyson Fury.
Wilder isn't a bum, he is a dangerous man in the ring when he is able to zero in on you with the right hand. His reign wasn't the best though. He was protected by his management. If Wilder recognises he has to work on things, i.e. he needs to build up his legs and improve his balance for instance, he can come back, but I doubt he would ever beat a Fury who is 100%.

Tyson Fury is just a better, stronger and more adaptable, natural boxer.

No, he's not getting too much critisism.
The reason I say this is because of the comparison to the other 2 (or 3) big names in the division atm.

First, when Fury beat Wladimir (in a stinker, but still) after a decade long reign back in 2015, some of his rabid his fans called him the best ever.
Then the whole nandrolone case came to light, the coke, the refused drugtest, the mental health issue, the suspension, the blowing up in weight etc..
At that point he became a one hit wonder with an asterisk behind his name and written off entirely.
Then there's Joshua and Wilder... Wilder gets critisism for his opposition, but picks up the WBC belt that was vacated Vitali and then handed to Stiverne, who only had to beat a past it Arreola twice to claim the belt. Joshua was the new golden boy who picks up the IBF title stripped from Fury and handed to an only slightly better Martin, who crashed to the earth as a god in 2 onesided rounds. Though Joshua went on to claim all the other belts stripped/vacated from Fury, beating a much more agressive Wlad in a classic, and suddenly he was the best ever to lace them up according to his fans.
Then Wilder kept KO-ing sub-par opposition, even a version of Stiverne in 1 that hadn't legitimately won a fight in 3½ years (and never since), in regularly (should be) come from behind scraps. This made Joshua the consensus #1 until the ill-fated fight against Ruiz Jr, who was the only decent opponent who wanted the chance after Miller got busted on an extreme doping cοcktail, the likes we've rarely seen, and got a brutal 6 month ban.
Now I'm finally getting to my point.
After the TKO7 loss to Ruiz Jr, almost everyone wrote off Joshua. Saying there wouldn't be a path to victory for him in the rematch and why would he even bother. Suddenly fighters who he had beaten before would spank him in a rematch and he would be better of retiring. Sound familiar?
Ruiz Jr then suddenly was "the man" and fans of his came out of the woodwork singing praises.
Then Fury had a bad night against brought to get dominated Wallin, almost losing due to a very nasty cut, and people wrote off Fury again too.
Joshua then came back and outboxed an even more overweight Ruiz, which promted people to put Joshua back up there and Ruiz to be spat out and ridiculed by fans.
Now it's Wilder's turn, who himself was mouthing off and ridiculing the other heavyweights, to get the abuse in which he and his team add fuel to the fire, and Fury once again to be dubbed the greatest that ever lived and ever will as long as the earth spins and possibly beyond!

It's the cycle. We don't even know who's the best of this generation yet, and mabe it even remains a carrousel as it is now.
