Are there any new heavyweight prospects?

    The well known prospects are
    Dubois
    Joyce
    Yoka
    Hrgovic
    Ajagba
    Dychko
    Sirenko

But are there more interesting prospects?
    And what about american prospects?
Those seem like a dying breed
I wonder if there are shorter explosive heavyweights out there Tyson like
Also i wonder which is the tallest prospect out there i think it’s dychko he is 6-9

Jared Anderson is the best American prospect. I'd also watch Apti Davtaev against Lucas Browne, we could have another prospect arrive at the top 50.

If Darmani Rock can get himself in shape, he might be one to watch, as far as American prospects go.

Jalolov seems to be focusing on going back and winning an Olympic gold, so hes off the scene for a little bit, but he may be the biggest talent out there.

We will. And I don't particularly rate Davtaev. Browne is a mid tier journeyman at best now. He gets flattened.

Jose Larduet is perhaps one to keep an eye on.

Hard to call a "prospect" but is a Cuban with a tonne of "amateur" experience, who went pro recently aged 29.

    Might be moved quickly.

Arslanbek Makhmudov has to be among those guys too even if it's for his power alone. But he showed some improvements against Jonathon Rice for sure. More patient, looked to establish the jab more, cutting the ring off. Stopping Rice is no easy feat. Hoping to see him with someone more live than Peter next time out.

Darmani rock is out of shape all the time i don’t rate him highly he just doesn’t have the discipline
Jalolov is a great prospect but he switched back to amateur sadly

Doesn't help that he suffered a bad injury in his last fight which resulted in a loss.

On Boxrec, its showing as a No Decision, but yeah, sounds like a pretty nasty knee injury.

I always keep an eye on the heavies. That's how I got on the Fury bandwagon in the early days when he was fighting Marcel Zeller and Scott Belshaw.

The best new heavyweight prospects are currently preparing for the Olympics.

Three of the four medalists in the Super Heavyweight division from the World Amateur championships last year will be fighting next week in the Asian & Oceania Olympic qualifying tournament.

It will be interesting to see if the pecking order changes from last year.
