    I'd like to go back to Mexico and Juarez as it goes. I've never been to Mexico City but have heard good things so will try to wangle a trip there some time soon.

    Some googling suggests it might of been a version of green pozole which seems to have a lot of regional variations.

    Seems very good but against Spence, he was on survival mode. Fighters are usually more durable when on that mode because they basically are bracing for a punch all the time and don't take risks to get hit in exchanges or with counters they don't see.
