It doesn't make any sense to me as both these fighters have had beef and both seem to resent eachother. Is Mayweather only doing this to keep his own name relevant?

    Because they're both black.

He believes he can help him. George Forman and Antonio Tarver has also said they want to help train Wilder for Wilder vs Fury 3. Mayweather can definitely help him. They will have plenty of time to prepare for Fury. Mayweather believes he can help Wilder come up with a great game plan for Fury. Of course Mayweather would get big credit for that if Wilder wins.

Good luck with that. At 34 you are what you are in boxing, you can get trained by anyone it won't help on fight night. Furys style is a nightmare for wilder, lethal combination of size, skill and quick hands.

    Because

1- he can’t teach fury anything and fury would probably laugh at him throughout.

2- this stupid black stick with black movement

3- hes a midget, loves the limelight and people love heavyweights

Who cares? It is a great story. Anything to sell the next stinker fight, right?

Probably has something to do with PBC. He called Pacquiao an employee after his win over Thurman.

I don’t see how you can say black stick with black here, Mayweather didn’t back wilder at all when he was asked about the outcome of the first fight.
He doesn’t care about the colour of skin only the colour of money, he probably will be asking for a cut if he can get his popularity up.

I wonder when the thread about why Hatton wants to help Fury will be made?

Or maybe about Fury's disparaging comments towards Emmanuel Steward before he sent his cousin Andy Lee to seek out Javan Steward to train him?

Yeah, and that other poster wants to talk about "identity politics"....

Because Wilder is a PBC fighter.
