Could Canelo's drugs, superb defence, evasive evasiveness and granite chin let him see the final bell where his judges hand him the W?

The hate for Canelo is out of control on this site! Sure the judges have it 120-00x3 before the fight starts, Canelo's testosterone levels are a couple hundred times above the norm and his gloves are perhaps loaded with uranium, but that's perfectly normal damn it!!!

Has Canelo ever been down in his career?

Interesting fight but you have to believe that Beterbiev is just too big and strong for Canelo.

Ward said it after the Gvozdyk vs Beterbiev fight: If Canelo is smart he will move back to 168. Those guys can ruin his reputation.

That's a fight that will never happen, and for all the known reasons.

I love that there is no option in the poll for 'Beterbiev decision'... haha!

Anyway, to answer the question - Beterbiev by KO or TKO if it took place any time in the near future.

Beterbiev was put down once. Canelo is a strong and fast counter puncher (roided power) so I actually do, even though I do not like Clenelo and his antics, think he has a chance to beat the beast.

Impossible. Canelo vacanted the belt, that means he has no intention to fight anymore in the LHW division. If that happens, it would be justified to be the best-selling event of all time, and Canelo ain't gonna leave the ring on his 2 feet.

Beterbiev I think is too one dimensional and easy to hit to beat a fighter of Canelo’s calibre, although he certainly has a punchers chance. Canelo excels against these types of come forward fighters, his handspeed and counterpunching would give him fits. Kovalev was a more difficult match up stylistically.

Let's see Beterbiev move up to heavyweight and face one of the weaker contenders such as Kownocki, Miller, Kuzman, Hunter, etc and see how it goes for him...
