If Lopez bottles it? Rumour mill is in overdrive that Lopez may be getting too big for his boots & pricing himself out so maybe Loma could move back to 130 in the summer for Berchelt after he beats Vargas? Not looking good that this fight (Lopez) isn't announced yet ..

Berchelt would be an excellent opponent for Loma. Clock is ticking now as Loma isn't a spring chicken anymore, he can't be wasting his time sitting on the shelf waiting for opponents to man up..

That would be an interesting matchup for sure.

I had not heard about antics from Lopez, but it would not surprise me. The lack of an annoucement is worrisome.

Ive been worrying about this Loma-Lopez fight for a bit too. Why hasnt is been announced after its been muted for months?

Ideally, Berchelt would fight Valdez next, with the winner fighting the winner of Frampton-Herring.

The winner of that tourney would be a perfect fight for Loma after Lopez.

This Loma fight being delayed now until May 30th is not looking good...

I've always thought the Berchelt fight was next up anyways. Loma's return to his natural 130lbs weight class.

TopRank is not going to let Haney have the fight. It's his punishment for signing elsewhere. Tank Davis just wants 0.0% of this action. All roads seemingly lead to Loma v. Berchelt.

I don’t see anyone beating loma at 130 unless he’s significantly deteriorated. Some of the fights would be edge of your seat type stuff but I see lona getting the win at the end.

Great fight. Berchelt wanted no part of Loma when they were both at 130. It wouldn’t surprise me to see Teo ask for A Side money for the fight. His pea-brain father is probably pushing for more than he’s worth to fight Loma. If that fight can’t be made, this one would be a good one. Loma can still make 130 without any problem. I’d be disappointed if he moved down before fighting Teo and Haney, and this pretty much ruins chances of a Mikey fight but I’d like to see this one.

Was looking forward to seeing Tank get schooled but he wants no part of prime Loma or anyone prime for that matter. Haney is still recovering from injury and Teo is next in line. I’m excited about this fight but was hoping to see it after Loma unified 135.

If Lopez drops out, Lomachenko should fight Pacquiao (who is smaller than Lopez).

I'd be down for it. Berchelts a really good fighter, but it's time for him to step up. He blatantly ignored Herrings call for unification after attending the Herring-Ito fight...my guess is he wanted Ito to win because he has a better style for him.

The lack of good 130 pound fights has been really disappointing. I thought once Loma left the other top guys would at least fight each other.

The super-featherweight division has been turning into the new 126 lbs division, especially now Leo Santa Cruz moved up, (undeservingly) nicked one of the title there and kept it hostage. I really don't know what Berchelt expecting with such barren division. All the three current champions are no better quality than him, but he has shown zero interest to fight any of them.

With Berchelt's current record and stardom, I don't really think Loma interested to fight him. Loma only interested to fight someone when he wants something from that person. He wants to fight Mikey Garcia and Tank Davis, because both of them possesed great record and have immense popularity. Later he wants to fight Campbell because of WBC belt. And the lately, he wants to fight the winner between Lopez and Commey for the IBF belt. What does Berchelt really have ?

There're two ways if Berchelt is serious about challenging Loma. First, unify against one or two titleholder in the division. Second, go up and challenging for WBC belt.
