Wow ! Wilder just did something very smart. What a trove of Boxing knowledge Foreman is. Dick Sadler, Sandy Saddler, Archie Moore and Angelo Dundee have all whispered in his ear. There isn't time to re-invent Wilder but George can certainly bolt a proper jab, a hurtful authoritative jab that can push any man back, on to Wilder's style. That makes him twice the Fighter straight away. In my lifetime, Foreman is the best Heavyweight at setting up the finish. Look at him in his 40's, Cooney, Moorer. He only needs to pass one move on and get Wilder to repeat it in the gym until he's doing it in his sleep. Who was it who said Foreman was a salesman ? Fantastic observation. George won't come into the gym and bark orders. He'll sell these tactics to Wilder like Angelo Dundee did to Ali, with reverse psychology if need be. This doesn't mean Wilder is suddenly favourite for the re-match but if I was in Fury's team, I would be dealing with many new questions.
If Wilder gets trained by Foreman, comes back and schools Tyson Fury this will be the weirdest trilogy ever
Im afraid the boxing skill gap is just too wide between Fury and Wilder and 6 months is not enough to close that gap.
George at best might give him a few pointers but won't be holding his hand, Wilder will have to figure it out himself for the most part
Would stay away ffom Lewis. Lewis has never taken responsibility for a fighter he failed to improve for eg price
Ok Charlie. I don't play video games for one. & your comment about me? I take solace & will wear this with a badge of honor, knowing I fall in the category of those that you posted in similar fashion, let us take a peak shall we? * As much i hate this stupid guy *you are writing troll posts and you clearly don't like George Foreman so nobody takes you seriously if you keep your biased and dumb attack * Boy. You are totally mongolish Just a quick look at your whopping 200+ posts using big brained words like stupid, dumb and **** are the crux of what you post. No need to respond again. I won't block you & I won't respond, unless you develop the desire to discuss boxing as opposed to sounding off, spouting, pouting, berating like a troll on a stroll. You are unmatched. In under 300, what an accomplishment. Stay away, please.
I apologize because i was too hard maybe. But cmon Foreman can't teach nothing to Wilder? A 2 times hw champion an all time great who was champion in his 40s after being 20 years retired? A guy who was in the ring with Muhammad Ali,Joe Frazier, Ken norton,Ron Lyle, Holyfield and guys like Angelo Dundee and Archie Moore were in his corner? Please...
I'm just throwing darts in the wind chief. I would love to find a new wrinkle for Wilder to discover...but somewhere I placed a video of Breland being asked about Wilder's athleticism and he couldn't respond. Kept saying he was an awkward fighter (which we know) with a LOT of power. So you read me being somewhat pessimistic that anyone could help..Could Floyd? He's a thinker -I threw my dart it landed on Floyd as best possible. Now ask me to validate it? I bow out. I hope, not know he can help him. Maybe I will play some PS4 come up with som'n LMAO!
