Did Usyk steal Gassiev's confidence?

    he's actually pulled out several times. he was supposed to fight Joey Dawejko too.... really disappointed in that guy

    UPDATE: theres some news going around in Russian Boxing sites that Gassiev will fight in April in Russia... if this is true, that means that him and Abel have parted ways 100%. I don't see Abel travelling to Russia for a tune-up fight.

    I'm not sure, probably not. He had injury issues for a while and from I heard his last fight was canned due to a lack of sparring partners. I think he ditched Matchroom to sign for some Russian outfit and will be fighting there in April\May so, that's a start

    Yes. It is hard to point to a consecutive ten seconds that Gassiev won.

    I hope he comes back. He is a fine fighter.

    I agree Gassiev was grabbed by the balls. He's broken right now. I hope his next opponent is at least top 100. The Forrest fight was not so bad or Gassiev-Joey Dwejko was at least kind of interesting. (Yes I remember Mansour-Joey D stinker).
    I mainly want to see how Murat moves at heavyweight.
