Hard to tell against this level of comp. He didn't really ever go in for the finish, which was kind of disappointing.

He’s too small for his style to be effective against the super HW’s of the division.

Sanchez looks talented, but Dawejko impresses me. Too short, not enough reach, not quick, a counter puncher, no physical assets at all really for his style of fighting, but he is skilled and has technique. If he could be placed in the body of a taller, quicker man, he'd be competitive with anybody. He was successful with some pull - counters 3-4 times and that's not easy when giving up 6 inches in height, and a lot of reach to a quicker man. Dawejko looks like he could lose some weight but with his height, reach, and quickness being what it is, it probably wouldn't make much difference. Dawejko is a guy who came along about 60-70 years too late, if he was fighting people his height, with comparable quickness and length, he'd be tough to beat.

Sanchez will be a tough fight for a lot of people. Good skills, good quickness, but in today's heavyweight division a 6-4, 225 pound man is not big. He'll need to be aggressive against the bigger, taller fighters, if he can do that and get their respect with his punching he should do well. He did a nice job against Dawejko and it was probably a good learning fight without too much risk.

Looks like a better and more well rounded fighter than the much hyped Ajagba.

However Sanchez being 27 years old is as truthful as Ortiz being being 40 years old.

Sanchez looked good. I would like to see him in against Michael Hunter or maybe even Parker.

Too big of a jump going from Joey to a top fighter like Parker and Hunter.

Sanchez vs Ortiz or Martin would be decent.

They will probably put him against a lesser PBC fighter next though in Kownacki, Breazeale or Arreola.

Joey D ruined his career by being a lard ass. If he can take HW power, then he could have been very hard to stop in a division he should be competing in, like LHW or lower.

How hard is it to realise when are shorter than every single opponent you fight and can see in the mirror your bulk is mainly blubber, that you are a blown-up lower division fighter? And then if you find yourself losing all the time despite having good skills, wouldn't you work out that maybe ... just MAYBE ... you should fight in a better division for your frame?

I would counter this argument because Efe is ponderous but he has better direct punching ,not sure who’s better but Efe would tag most top guys while ?Sanchez is missing that something ? Maybe physical presence ?Ajagba will go further .

This is pretty much what I was heading towards. Movement was good, jab was nice, he was very calm and methodical and looked like he had solid power. I'm definitely more interested in seeing what happens next with him than Ajagba, granted I will probably watch Ajagba in future because he is very much a case of "Something exciting could be about to happen".

I think he is a high risk of being KTFO if he fights the wrong guy, I even thought at a couple of moments that Cojanu might have had a chance of an upset in that fight.
