"If you get dropped twice in another man's hometown and you get out of there with a draw, you have nothing to complain about."

Which well-known boxing personality said that, and what fight was he referring to? It's from an interview a few days after the fight. Obviously he is talking about a fight that ended in a draw, after which the fighter who got knocked down twice complained that he should have been given the decision.

    EDIT:
The answer: after the first fight between Bernard Hopkins and Jean Pascal in December 2010, Roger Mayweather was asked what he thought about Bernard's complaint about bad scoring, and Roger said, "If you get dropped twice in another man's hometown and you get out of there with a draw, you have nothing to complain about."

Legendary! Rest in peace, uncle Rog!

Don't know who said but it's pretty fallacious. Almost warrants a punch in the face.

I'd say Tyson Fury after the first Wilder fight.

Highly doubt it's fury/wilder 1...seems to easy and fresh in our minds

Ts sounds like he's banking on slipping everyone up...hell I'm more likely to believe it was bhops draw in Ecuador than the first fury/wilder fight

    Mercado/Hopkins fits criteria, as does fury/Wilder 2

Hearns/Leonard was a controversial draw where Ray was knocked down twice....but neither was fighting in the others "hometown"

Mickey Duff once said about fighters winning in Italy.

"You have to knock him out twice to get a draw"

So it could be anyone anywhere...
