Manny Pacquiao vs Antonio Margarito - Film Study

Impressive win given the fact Pacquiao started at 106.

 

He was a poor 16 year old. He has filled out a lot since then.

 

Even partially blocked punches had an effect on Pacquiao. Margarito was considerably stronger than him.

 

Whatever you say casual.

 

No one said it was the same fighter. But when you have a man who is probably 2 weight classes above you chasing you , throwing 90+ punches a round and win. It's a good win.

 

Pac was in a lot of pain after Margarito. There is a reason he only fought at 154 once.

 

This fight was another embarrassment for boxing and I don't see how anyone could not see that.
Margarito coming off a long layoff after getting busted for cheating and demolished by old Mosley, then wins a vacant title off of Roberto Garcia AND the fight was at a catchweight... I mean seriously?
Since being busted, Margarito is 4-3, no notable wins and zero knockouts.

That win is a joke IMO

 

I was there I saw Pac collapse in pain from his battered ribs . I heard him say " I have never been hit so hard before" He ended up in the fetal position for a few days after

 

That wasn't at 154 pound limit smh. It was at a bogus 151 pounds catchweight.

 

Pacquiao was the heavy favorite in that fight smh. Many knew he would win because that was a way past margocheato and it was at a b.s 151 pounds catchweight.

 

Still a good win

 

To this day we have zero proof margarito had loaded wraps, yet we have 100% proof that shane mosely was on steroids. So who is the real cheater? You're all sipping the brother nazim coolaid. Yeah margarito was never the same after the mosely fight but you have to remember he was already 30+ years old and fought pac and cotto afterwards. And he was coming on when the cotto fight was stopped.
