This can onl work if Calzaghe wins it doesnt matter for Taylor cause he is moving up regardless of win or loss

To fill time Hopkins and Jones fight in November along With Calzaghe Kessler

Then the winners fight and the winner of that fights taylor

Hopkins is the hot guy of that group right now and the king at lt heavy, if anyone sits out to the last fight it would be hopkins. How about Taylor vs jones, Cazlaghe vs Kessler then those winners fight eachother with the winner then facing hopkins.:bbb

And were is Dawson in that mix. I think that he would be the second most likely to win the whole thing behind Hopkins.

Calzaghe, Kessler and Dawson are the only guys in that groups fighting "live" fighters.

Hopkins and Jones are either fighting guys on a seniors tour, or unknowns.

The younger, active fighters beat the old guys, and then sort it out between themselves.

Hopkins beat Wright and Tarver in his last two fights. Calzaghe beat Bika and Manfredo.

    And before that Lacy.

Prior to "old and coming off a long layoff" Tarver, and "2 divisions too high" Wright, Hopkins lost 2 in a row to Taylor.

Manfredo was a bit of a joke, I'll happily agree to that. But Hopkins is doing a great job of deceiving people into believing he's as good as he was.

Are you talking to me??? I'm far fro a Calzaghe nuthugger. Kessler/Cal is a 50-50 fight IMO.

You're talking history. I'm talking now.

If you want to go on history, then Hagler beats Calzaghe NOW - right???

Both Kessler and Calzaghe will/would beat them all. The only x-factor would be if we throw Dawson into the mix.

Yes well done Joe for the 100th time, you beat Lacy. That's the only decent win on his CV.

    How about:

    QF: JC-MK, Taylor-Pavlik, Hopkins-RJJ, Winky-Abraham.

SF: JC-MK winner vs Winky-Abraham winner, Hopkins-RJJ winner vs Taylor-Pavlik winner.

FINALE: JC-MK-WW-A winner vs BH-RJJ-JT-KP winner
