This is why racing got canned.

Hearn been up all night practising his ‘empathetic humility’ face. His dad told him it’d be good for the brand.

    4/10 more mirror time required.

I work in TV and specifically live events. The amount of staff required to run a show like this is much more than you'd expect. You'd need teams of camera men, camera assistants, focus pullers, directors, producers, runners, riggers, electricians, lighting engineers, a sound desk team, then you will have a truck outside to broadcast the event with a huge team to support it, plus health and safety staff and catering. From a broadcast point of view, you are looking at 100 plus staff members. If you were Matchroom, you'd be responsible for the health and safety of these people, it's very risky considering what is going on.

Missed a trick to bankrupt his company with that PPV price and no ticket revenue.
I really hope you’re not responsible for a company’s finances!

In a time like this why would people buy a PPV when they are at risk of losing or have lost jobs/work and when they might not even have enough money for supplies?

Great idea. I don’t even think he’d have to charge less. Not that I’m a PPV fan usually but I’d rather pay £20 for this than £40 for the 2 and with 5/6 mismatches on each undercard.

Logistically wouldn’t work though. On top of the obvious stuff imagine a boxer was injured and had to go to an massively overcrowded hospital, would be a nightmare. This would be great if circumstances were a bit different though. I am sport starved haha.

I have been slated a few times on here for stating that £20 IS a lot of money for many boxing fans when I’m presented with the “cost of a pizza and 4 cans” argument. Many lifelong boxing fans on low incomes can’t afford the £20. I’m shot down for bringing this argument regularly.
Now, when the more financially stable are having/choosing to reign in the spending £20 is all of a sudden a lot of money. Talk about double standards and looking after number 1, but how is that a surprise when we are the nation that voted the ****ing Tories in..... AGAIN.

I voted Tory for the first time as I am sick of the EU, the unmanaged mass invasion of Ivans and could not vote for Labour when led by a supporter of terrorism.

Now Brexit has been done, we need to focus on beating this virus then rebuilding our country.
