They're not overrated because nobody rates his wins over Mosley or DLH. Everybody knows they were finished. Hatton win might be overrated because he was struggling with alcohol already, but Pac is the only guy who beat Hatton at his best weight and his loss against Mayweather was not a very brutal stoppage. Who knows for sure how much Hatton had left in the tank, he didn't have any more fights after his Pac loss.

Diaz was a C level fighter, nobody says it was a great win.

Morales legs were gone. He was past prime in the 2nd fight and shot in the 3rd plus drained. Nobody says they are among Pac's best wins.

Cotto win was one of the top wins of that era. Miguel looked great in 3 fight lead up to the Pac fight.

Barrera I win is one of the best wins in boxing history and the best performance of the last 20 years.

You sound like some one who doesnt know what the **** they're talking about. How in the hell did he avoid tszyu when 1 pbf was a hbo fighter and tszyu was a showtime fighter they didnt do cross promotions fights neither guy was big enough to warrant it back then. But yeah like a typical hater put all the blame on 1 fighter and not the other did tszyu ever mention pbfs name? Also tszyu quit like a ***** on his stool against a man pbf ktfo. But i dont see you mentioning that. But why would you want to see pbf fight him? You already claim he only fights old fighters at the end. Yet you wanted to see pbf fight him, so when he schools him you can discredit the win? Your logic is once again exposed, you dont know what you want only that you dont like pbf and want to hate any chance you get.

Pbf had plenty of interest in fighting pac in 2010 he agreed to all terms it was pac who pulled out of negotiations not the other way around. Are you new to boxing or just bitter?

Williams after giving margo that work fought Quintana and lost he had an immediate rematch and won then moved up in weight to 160 but blame pbf for that as well right?

Pbf has a habit of schooling elite fighters and making them look average while making haters like you sick in the process.

Um, Genaro dominated Azumah Nelson and lifted the title from him the previous year and made four defenses over the next year (including against Mayweather).

    Don't badmouth Genaro Hernandez.

Some friends of mine and I were late getting to the Antonio Tarver-Reggie Johnson fight after work. It was freezing (below zero freezing) outside. We ran to the closest doors from where we were parked, but they were locked. We dreaded running all the way around front. It was cold like you were going to die. And then, suddenly, a door opened and it was Genaro Hernandez. He was working the corner for Johnson (or Tarver, can't recall which) and happened to be walking down the hall and heard us banging on the door. Big smile on his face. He literally let me in out of the cold.

I will fight anyone to this day who badmouths Hernandez. (LOL)

You and I have different definitions of domination.

All that fight left me thinking was that anything younger than an ancient Professor would've worked Genaro over.

That's no knock on Genaro, his heart was undeniable because he could've taken the easy way out. Nelson, for his part, is my all time favorite African fighter. But it wasn't domination, and it was the 38 year old shell of Azumah at that.

Almost every great win of all time can be diminished depending on the lens you view it through.

Following the logic all the way through leaves you with only two eras that had great fighters who had great wins over prime opponents IMO.

Punisher moved up precisely because he couldn't get the biggest fights at welterweight.

Anyone typing that he just happened to move up and implying that maybe Floyd would've fought him if he stuck around probably has trouble typing from laughing so hard. No way anyone can post that with a straight face lol.

Dude got frozen out of a big payday at 147 and moved up out of business necessity, which is why he ultimately was building up to a Pavlik fight. That was the long-term plan.

Can agree with this. Have to add, Part of the reason Williams wasn't getting fights was his moving around. Hard to get a good ranking in one division when you jump between three. But Floyd would never have fought PW anyway.

    Shell? Give me a break.

The 'shell' of champion Azumah Nelson stopping challenger Jesse James Leija in six rounds nine months before "the Shell" (according to the thread starter) of Genaro Hernandez lifted the title from The Professor.

Williams was fighting at 160 and 154 pbf was never a full time fighter above 147. Why don't you call out other ww at that time didn't fight him. Did pac? Did cotto? Tell the full story. Yet pbf once again gets your hate.

He was jumping thru three weight classes. You know that...you just lie to yourself for some silly reason.

Are you stupid? If you need to search thru threads from 8 years ago.. go for it. I was aware of him being passed over by others. You just say this stupid stuff as if you would even remember what was said ages ago. what a joke...

Floyd moseyed on into champion status against Genaro (RIP) and he moseyed on out of it two decades later against a prime Sugar ''Money'' Mac. Well, technically his last world title fight was against Berto but we all know that some kind of title should've been on the line for a fight between the respective P4P kings of boxing and MMA.

Alot of guys didnt fight him lance thats my point. Not oscar not Mosley not clottey not pac not pbf not cotto. Quit acting like pbf was the only one of the 147 and 154 pound fighters who didnt fight him then. Because we all know that's what you're getting at.

Quit acting?? how about you learn to read and understand I wasn't saying ONLY FLOYD FFS. But we both know why Floyd retired from the WW division for two years...JUST when it became the best weight class in boxing. "Money"
