    Loma but its close.

    I love Inoue but im still mad at him for going through super fly without fighting at least one of the following:

    Chocolatito
    SSR
    Estrada
    Cuadras

    Fighting and beating those guys would have been huge for his legacy.

    As for Loma i still hope he fights the man at 130 who for me is the very underrated Miguel Berchelt.

    Yeah, I would have loved to have seen those fights, but it's like Pac only fighting David Diaz when there was Juan Diaz and Katsidis. Pac would have destroyed both with ease. And I firmly believe that Inoue would have KO'd them all.

    Lomachenko for me. He's had to fast track his pro career due to his extensive (and dominant) time as an amateur. He's traversing weight divisions much quicker and he stepped up his level of competition from his 2nd fight on.

    I also think he's more skilled than Inoue but that's another debate altogether.
