Remove Y from X's Resume and X will no longer be an ATG

Take Patterson away from Liston and Sonny’s legacy is hurtin’. Of course he beat some good fighters in Folley, Machen, Harris, and Williams but I don’t know if that’s enough to build an ATG resume on.

 

I have honestly never seen anyone who thought JMM won the Barrera fight. Huh. "Live long enough," I guess.

 

Everyone you know had Barrera winning? Ive honestly never met a person who had Barrera winning.

 

I will concede that there is an argument, perhaps a good one, for Mosley being an ATG

It was close enough that I would have had no major issue with a draw but felt that Marquez edged it

I will “see” your George Foreman quote and “raise” you Dempsey without Willard.

I can’t say that I know Dempseys career inside and out but I have often wondered how different things would be for the perception of Dempsey if he had not been allowed to stand in front of Willard and I unload as soon as he rose to his feet.

I think Dempsey is an all time great but the rest of his career is not as impressive without his win over Willard to crown it.
