I remember it all like yesterday I couldn’t believe what I was seeing it was the first time I had ever rooted for David Haye to win a fight
Considering my mate saw David Haye lay out a few doorman after having had a few drinks back before he turned pro it didn't surprise me at all.
I was pleasantly surprised at his street fighting prowess although I had to deduct points when he accidentally took out Adam booth with that camera tripod - very uncool David
I don't think they do, in any era Chisora would be seen as tough, Liston beats him, Ali ud's him, them aside in the 60's and it gets very hard picking who beats him imo
Haye goes unmentioned when talking about fighters you would want behind you in a bar fight, Chisora before their altercation for me would've appeared the bigger problem on the street, but Haye just bombed him out really, to fast and the punch would hurt anyone with no glove on. Yes, i'd quite believe Haye leaving a load of doormen out cold
nah I don’t believe it I reckon it was over embellished to make Liston seem unbeatable during his ring career
