At least he waited until he won the rematch before saying anything at all. Also he said he was having problems with his energy and was fatiguing too easily But he got it fixed. People have speculated he had a thyroid issue.
I've never bought it, personally. He got battered fair and square, which is why he elected to fight a pretty negative fight in the rematch, making use of a much larger ring than in the first fight. He's just another guy making an excuse for a loss, ultimately.
got to be wilders most recent one im afraid. he picked out the costume would have tried the suit on for size and weight before hand probably mutliply times chose to wear it. than complained it was too heavy LOL
Man, I felt so bad for Richardson. He truly believed in Mosley and that interaction was painful to watch.
He just looked for any excuse that he could find. If ge he hadnt found any, he still would have said that: "it just wasnt me".
Goodness I forgot about how cringeworthy that interview was. His explanation of the toe, the showing of the toe is so embarrassing. I don't think anything in boxing will ever top this. His literal pinky toe was what caused him to lose lolz. Oh Haye you could never be taken seriously again after this. And damn right that pinky toe was swollen to hell and back he obviously didn't know how to treat that to get that swelling down. I bet if he would have just iced his foot in cold water the toe would have been fine. But instead he decided to use a "local anesthetic" that "didn't work"? What the hell local anesthetic did he use on a freakin pinky toe? Whatever doctor he was seeing to treat his toe should be barred from practice! Ice that sunuvabitch down and fight like a man you freakin CLOWN.
Vitali stoppping against Byrd despite his corner literally begging him to man up and continue ‘no more pain’
Wilder's uniform. The absolute worst and most pathetic was Roy saying he didn't want his dad to get credit for training him so he lost to Tarver on purpose in the third fight. Rofl. Absolutely pathetic. He still had excuses for that night, Tarver.
Jerry Okorodudu after being beaten by Joe Lasisi claimed that he saw a big black cat in the ring. He threw a party when he got out of hospital to thank God for sparring his life.
Nate Campbell after getting knocked the fugg out by Robbie Peden so bad that he forgot what happened and insisted that he didn't even go down. Wilder's suit of armor excuse is a close second.
