He did vs. Smith. Looked horrible in a terribly boring 12 round affair against a very mediocre fighter.

Tyson looked terrible vs. Smith. And Smith is about 20% of Fury.

    Fury knocks him out.
Presses him back, cliches, roughs him up and then stops him.

You can compare how will look Fury against much smaller guy from his fight with Seferi.
That kind of comparisons (Golota is not so tall, fast, totally different story) is useless.

Got loads of respect for MT but only see this one way. Mike's gonna have problems moving his step ladder around the ring, would definitely come out the blocks like a beast first few rounds tho. Gasses round the 5th game over

Seferi didn`t have a style specifically designed to beat tall fighters.

Mike had more vicious combos than Fury, TF couldn`t come forward and dodge a fighter of Mike`s class punches so would be stopped, he`d get caught everytime he jabbed.

Did someone honestly just make a comparison between the second best Cruiserweight in Albania at the time in Seferi and a top 10 ATG in 'Iron' Mike Tyson? Jesus ****ing H Christ!

It used to be ole man Luis Ortizn't who was the most overrated fighter on here, now we have Fury 'easily' beating Tyson in his prime!

Total complete and utter BOLLOCKS! Fury can beat Tyson but in no way will it be an easy nights work and Fury would say exactly the same thing. If Tyson tags Fury hard in the first 4-6 rnds, there's every likelihood that Tyson can finish him. Tyson takes opponents down when they're buzzed often with flurries of accurate, powerful shots (Thomas, Frazier, Biggs, Ruddock etc.) and that's what made him so dangerous in his prime.

Add to that, Tyson had good defence and a pretty stout chin so he's not going to fold as easily as Wilder for example. I can see an argument for either fighter winning but, no ****ing way is Fury easily beating a prime Tyson.....there's no such scenario.

Fury over commits with his jab and Mike was the best fighter in history at slipping and countering the jab.

Best version of both? Iron Mike by KO.

Such totally different styles it would be a spectical for shore and if I'm honest there's a bit of weight to your opinion. First three rounds would be crucial Mike was nightmare inside. Fury is very good at turning opponents tho and making them waste energy.

But Mike wasn't the type to be kept away with a jab, think the size of fury would and power he was carrying in DW2 would tilt the scales. massive difference in size there.

Mike was brutal in his prime tho no question

That's what I was hoping for from a poster on here rather than the usual bias BS. A fair and balanced appraisal of what would likely be a very competitive fight. Much appreciated.
