Boxing is one of these ludicrous sports where there are no rules when it comes to rankings. It has been obvious for some time that the relationship between organisation and client management is significant.
You only promote when the fight is on ? What are you talking about ? You don’t start promotion until a fight is signed ,you don’t get the fight without the ranking first.

I said rankings get you closer to a title shot not promotion which is true if you understand the sport because a high ranking gets you a possibility of a mandatory,promotion doesn’t do that does it ? This is dumb. Your promoter can make noise on your behalf for a potential fight even if you have a low ranking. The fact remains, a W over Povetkin would have put Hunter closer to a title shot than a W over Hrgovic. I don't know what else to tell you, that's just how it is.

Hunter would be in severe trouble if he took that fight ,and that’s why when you look at Hunters record it has no loses on it. Hrgovic is the DAZN next big thing for AJ ,he’s there DDD ,not Povetkin ,if anyone disagrees with that it’s absurd, Povetkin is past his prime is not a giant and in no way shape or form would a Povetkin win be better then knocking off a Hrgovic, in what world ?
