    Ruddock easily !
The old Carl Thompson destroyed Haye in the cruiserweight division the prime Ruddock was far better than Thompson.

Imo Haye had little chance against the Ruddock version of Tyson. Those punches would have distroyed most fighters but for the fact Tyson had a neck like a fire hydrant, Haye has a neck like a hose pipe. Added to the fact Ruddock took massive punishment.
Ruddock is underestimated a bit I think. He had more than one punch and was landing plenty on Tyson, some of his attacks were explosive, just Tyson could take it, Haye would be out. His timing and accuracy wasn't as terrible as people say either, not great but serviceable enough to land some big punches. I agree Haye could run and survive, that's likely.
It's like others have said, Haye is good but not really proven at heavyweight, he is a bit of a con I think. He knows he is out if a heavy hits him with anything half decent so he runs and tries to land one big punch like he did against kilt. So his game isn't that diverse against a top level heavyweight.

Using that version of Haye is about the equivalent of using the version of Ruddock who lost to David Jaco.
