Sanders was dangerous in the early rounds. He used to have terrible stamina and tire after rounds 4-5. If Ruddocks chin was good enough to survive the first 3 rounds he could take out Sanders in the later rounds.

Sanders fought 4 good fighters in his career and got knocked out or stopped by 3 of them. He blasted Wlad out early, and thats it. While hes not as bad as some posts in this thread suggest, the hyperbole about him is silly 'some of the fast hands ever' Lol. He was a decent B fighter, and at one time a prospect and mandatory type, but thats it. Due to his KO over Wlad he might currently be the most overrated fighter on the internets. When Wlad retires everyone will forget about him.

Both good punchers with trademark lefts, but I feel Ruddock's better stamina and durability gives him the clear edge in a contest like this.

    Ruddock by TKO, middle rounds.

Corrie Sanders was way too fast and had such an awkward style he would have taken out Ruddock in a round or two. Ruddock could never confused with one of the smarter boxers in heavyweight history, he wasn't particular hard to hit and I don't see him adapting to Sanders southpaw style.

Sanders had very quick hands and good power. He was dangerous in the early rounds, it's such a shame that he never commited fully to boxing as he was clearly very talented.

The way he destroyed Vlad and the way he was able to hurt Vitali suggests he would not have been an easy opponent for Ruddock. Ruddock for all his strength and power in his prime was very easy to hit which Sanders would have no problem doing.

I would favour Ruddock but nobody should be suprised if Sanders was able catch him early and take him out.

Rahman knocked out Lewis, who smashed Ruddock so Sanders is in good company with his loss to Rahman...

I would say that Sanders was a undisciplined but dangerous fighter, like Rahman or Douglas. These kinds of fighters would never maximize their potential and have great careers but on a good night could beat a seemingly superior fighter. Ruddock was more dedicated and it's easy to rate him above Sanders and was more consistent, but on their respective best nights, I wouldn't count Sanders out.

    Sanders could never be discounted.

Ruddock got ktfo by Tommy Morrison.

Both Klitchkos were better than Rudducks top 2.

    Razor was one dimensional
