As far as I know Tyson never tested his punching power with a psi meter. Only Bruno has his power measured as far as I know. Also many of those times I see those psi listings I see Vitali above Wlad and Ali below a normal human.
Both of these guys lived in Canada at the same time.I guess it made to much sense to actually match them up.
yeah I’m surprised that a prospecting Ruddock wasn’t matched with Berbick around 1988 or so for the Canadian. Then again it might have been talked about but no deal was made
If Tyson could make Berbick do the chicken dance, so could Ruddock. Ruddock’s smash was up there with the hardest punches ever thrown by any heavyweight. Made him a big risk to anyone. would probably be a good hard fight until Ruddock eventually landed it. Not to disrespect Berbick, who was a pretty decent fighter, but I don’t think he was good enough to avoid eventually getting hit by it.
