    In
The judges scored that fight officially 114-111 twice and 113-112, in a 12 round fight with one fighter getting a knockdown and a point deduction that means in terms of rounds won Maidana won MORE Rounds out of 12, Khan didn't even win 7 rounds on ANY official score card

Considering the time period a win over WBA Champ Maidana was better than fighting the regular champ in Thurman, I do like the Porter fight and feel he's been super unlucky dude doesn't have that star appeal so doesn't get the push like Thurman or Brook when Shawn arguably beat both.

Even if we add two points to Maidana because of the knockdown and elbow, I’m quite sure Khan still wins according to the two judges that scored 114-111. It would have scored 114-113

And your still wrong the that means the 2 judges scored it a draw and the 113-112 score means one scored it a 7-5 Maidana win without the 2 points being lost so your arguing Khan being greater off of at best a majority draw... You realize how dumb that sounds

No your wrong because for a knockdown you get deducted 1 point, plus Maidana got deducted 1 point for the elbow.

Maidana also won a few rounds 10-8 towards the end after he caught Khan cold in the 10th round. Khan was getting caught bomb after bomb.

Khan comfortably won most of the rounds before the 10th. The 10th round when he got caught cold he began to struggle.

So if we add two points for Maidana because of the knockdown and the 1 point deduction for the elbow, Khan still wins according to two judges

Again my guy your arguing semantics the bigger picture it seems most of these people's premise is Khan beating Maidana when any objective observe knows Khan got his ass completely kicked after 3 good rounds, to make it worse if I remember correctly Khan brought up the same thing at the time bragging that he beat Maidana and Marcos posted a clip from the fight of Khan holding for dear life and challengd him Maidana the guy your bashing said screw Mayweather and that he's rather fight Khan and winner gets Mayweather fight and Khan refused. Your arguing for a scary fighter who even in (victory) got his ass kicked was unranked and hasn't held a title in 3 years now 10 at this point...

If we add two points to Maidana:

Khan wins 114-113 according to two judges

Maidana wins 114-113 according to one judge.

If we hand Maidana two extra points Khan still wins on split decision

Ok so let's compare head to head all at best got a razor close SD that he got challenged to a rematch and ducked out.

Career wise Khan is a 2x 140 Champ Maidana is a 2 division Champ

At the time Khan was unranked coming off going life and death with Julio Diaz while Maidana was a top 5 Welter coming off winning a title over an unbeaten Champ.

Record wise they have the same record yet Maidana has a solid argument for winning 3/5 of his losses while Khan was knocked out in 4/5 of his losses

Then finally when asked to vote overwhelming people thought Maidana was a better fight

    What am I missing?

Do a quick Google search of Mayweather fight poll 2014 Khan literally only won one poll in most places he lost fan voting 80/20 in landslides.

You forgotten to add that Maidana got beaten by Andreas Kotelnik and Devon Alexander. Khan absolutely schooled both of them. Add that one too to the list

Actually I did acknowledge that if you paid attention Maidana like Khan has 5 career losses vs Kotelnic that was a SD that was widely panned at the time(again did you watch this fight), the Khan fight which we just talked about, vs Mayweather in fight I which was a Majority Decision and is arguably the closest anyone has come to beating Mayweather in his career. ,Followed by 2 schooling 1 vs Alexander and 1 in the Mayweather rematch.

Now let's break this down in 5 losses he has a solid argument for winning or at least getting a draw I'm 3/5(Kotelnic,Khan,Mayweather I)

Comparatively Khan also has 5 losses getting knocked out by Prescott, getting knocked out by Garcia, getting knocked out by Canelo, getting knocked out by Crawford, and arguably losing a hometown decision to Peterson. In Khan 5 losses he has an argument for winning 1 and got completely embarrassed and knocked out in all the others.

Again dude what is the argument in 2014 going into the year Khan had already been ko'd 3times meanwhile at that same point the only inarguable legit loss Maidana had was vs Alexander in his first Welter fight and first fight with a new trainer and style.

Conor would have to land once
Speed is all very well a good but his balance is shyte
Which puts him in a even more vulnerable position especially as Khan over reaches his punches

He didn't want that fight he was forced into it or be stripped
