    1) AJ or Fury
    2 AJ or Fury
    3) Ruiz
    4) Whyte
    5) Wilder
    6) Povetkin
    7) Parker
    8) Ortiz
    9) Pulev
    10) Usyk

Keep in mind I’m only ranking Usyk at #10 because he hasn’t done anything at heavyweight. I think he’d more than likely beat a few guys I’ve ranked higher than him but I’m not gonna rank him higher on the list until I see him fight a decent opponent.

You take out a tough, former champ in his prime for two unproven prospects? What a joke

Tough former champ? Parker is done and lost all his desire. He is irrelevant now at world level.

That been said, I forgot to include Hunter. I switch him with Dubois.

Yes, that is exactly what Parker is.
And Ruiz hasn't? How about Ortiz? Povetkin? You have Chisora in there... like Chisora isn't beating up the circuit of Price, Spzilka and Senad Gashi. Do you really think Chisora beats Parker?

Seeing some top tens (mine included), l didn’t realise it’s such a poor division !
It’s such a mix of ‘way past their best’ fighters looking for one huge payday, or novices like Yoka, Joyce & Hrgovic, who are not really worthy of top 20, or if they are it just emphasises my initial point !
It needs these young upstarts to get busy a.s.a.p & to start challenging the old guard.

Loads of heavyweights better than him right now ( Joyce , Makmudov, Hunter, Briedis, Gassiev, Ortiz, etc )

I see it as just the opposite. So far, about twenty-two names have been mentioned, a good range of styles, young guys and experienced veterans. Some on here are quite adamant about their choices. I think it is a pretty good division, and when you include all of the names that could break in if this goddamn covid thing were over, it has the potential to be a great one.

So far mentioned as top ten:
    Fury
    Joshua
    Wilder
    Whyte
    Ruiz
    Parker
    Helenius
    Chisora
    Martin
    Usyk
    Joyce
    Dubois
    Yoko
    Hrgovic
    Kabyel
    Povetkin
    Hunter Jr.
    Pulev
    Ortiz
    Miller
    Rivas
    Ajagba

That's not good? Lets add some guys who could get right in or back in:

    Gassiev
    Mahkmudov
    Jalalov
    Nistor
    Majidov
    Breidis
    Kownacki
    Sirenko
    Dychko

And on and on with the longer-shot guys that have a following and get a buzz such as...

    Vianello
    Rock
    Wallin
    Kossobutskiy
    Milas
    Tre Lippe
    James Macenzie
    Vykherst
    Meehan

If this does not make you happy, I am not sure what will.

Hrgovic, Joyce, Dubois can't be anywhere close to the top ten yet without beating anyone in the top ten. Usyk even, he hasn't done much at heavyweight at all yet so can't be there on cruiser merit. Skills have to show via billed won fights.

On this we very much agree. I would add Usyk in there for sure. Take Ortiz out, he's old as dirt. Not sold on Yoka, I'd take him out as well an add Ruiz jr, provided he'd under 270 pounds.
