Not much of use when you're scared to engage and only have stamina for 5 rounds.

Also, Wilder IMO was dominated by the absolute top guy. Joshua lost to someone unheralded
that really wasn't on the radar as a upper echelon guy. Different levels of loss to me

Wilder has never beaten a top 5 ranked heavyweight. AJ has already beaten 3 in half the bloody fights Wilder has had no less. Let Wilder face the first 24 opponents AJ fought in the same order and Wilder would have about 5 KO losses at least on his record. Wilder has never unified either, AJ is a two time unified world champion only the 4th heavyweight in history to reclaim his titles in an immediate rematch. AJ’s career absolutely shits on Wilder.

    What exactly are you arguing?
Whether you want to admit it or not and maybe you're not aware but...............Wilder has beaten 2 top 5 HWs (Stiverne and Ortiz), they were both ranked that high, for multiple years (Stiverne as high as #3 I believe). Also, Wilder's only loss is to the person that beat "The champion" of the division at the tail end of their 20 fight reign. He lost to the best of the division. Joshua's loss was to someone that was barely in the top 10 and was literally a replacement so both have embarrassing losses and it doesn't matter how you attempt to spin it, Joshua's loss was every bit the humbling experience that Wilder's was (Credit to Joshua that he avenged it though). And I won't even address Wilder "would have this or that amount of losses" because the fact of the matter is, he doesn't, and they do have at least a couple of the same names on their resume.

I said "In my opinion", they are interchangeable at 1 and 2 and I stand by that. Just post your own top 10 and move around........

It comes down to whether you think 40 year old men (Povetkin, Ortiz, Pulev) are able to compete Physically with men in their 20s.

Even with the finest sugar sprinkled on their morning cornflakes they simply can’t.

History shows that once the majority of HW boxers gets to 38 they are finished. Hence why they aren’t in my top 10

I think it would be a case of which fighter lands the big one first.

Ortiz is far better than Dubois, he is still really green.

I agree to a degree. Povetkin still has something to offer ( l thought he beat Hunter ), Ortiz & Pulev are past their best & didn’t make my 10.
Personally l don’t think the guys with around 10 fights are deserving of top 10 just yet. This is what makes the thread interesting. We all have valid points.

Wilder knocked out Ortiz twice who is more skilled than AJ.

I think both DDD and Hrgovic stop Ortiz. And learn a hell of a lot along the way.

Fury - you could swap him or Joshua around and it wouldn't make much difference. Wilder victory bumps him to 1 for me.
Joshua - ditto. Points decision over Ruiz is slightly less impressive than KO of Wilder so putting him at 2.
Whyte - strongest recent resume out of the 3-10 guys, a deserving third place even if he's a bit inconsistent.
Wilder - probably deserves to be lower, but will stay here for now until proven otherwise.
Usyk - could be rated higher, but I want to see more of him at HW before bumping him up (if need be).
Ruiz - again probably deserves to be lower, but his win over Joshua keeps him around this level.
Povetkin - more based on past performances. He's clearly on the slide though.
Parker - needs to do a bit more to justify his place, but remains here for now.
Hunter - solid performances warrant him a top ten spot.
Helenius - controversial choice perhaps, but his KO of Kownacki was impressive. Don't expect him to stay here though.

I think with Arslanbek Makmudov now inked with GBP he is gonna crash land the division spectacularly.
