    Who were the opposite? Who were the fiercest, rage fueled asuras who rampaged in the ring?

    Hagler? I remember a quote about him saying: "he'd take out his entire life's struggles on whoever he was in the ring with" (or words to that effect).

    Benn is a very good shout. I think Micheal Gomez should be mentioned here, archetypical well schooled swarmer, very aggressive guy and style. I'd bet dollars for donuts anger fueled him.

    Larry Holmes rarely let personal animosity enter into his fighting. This fight shocked me. Watch after the kid rabbit punches him several times while holding.
