The papers tomorrow are reporting this event will retail for as much as £50 on PPV if it goes ahead. Absolute lunacy if this transpires.
Won’t happen. Clever marketing ploy so when they price it at £30 we don’t complain as much. ‘Leak’ to the press it’s £50. Cause uproar. Then stick it on at £30 and no one complains, but the idiots don’t realise they’re getting fleeced another £5. AJ vs Ruiz at £25 was absolutely criminal. I feel sorry for the pubs that have to pay the inflated prices.
No one is getting fleeced at any price. Don't like, don't buy. Same as every other item of discretionary spending in your life. Check out the price tag, check out the item, make a decision to buy or not to buy. Take personal responsiblity for your decision. No gnashing and wailing required.
