Can we totally rule out Frazier having to battle back from a Kd or being stunned, by the big Cat?
Williams may have had faults but he packed a fair bit of power in his shots.
And Joe could be a notorious slow starter, that's his danger time the early round s.
But, as he did against liston, I can see Williams soaking up a lot of painful shots, before finally dropping.
Williams won't make it past 6 either way.

Totally agree, The Big Cat will probably stun Joe early and have some moments and I could see a knock down. But he can't keep Joe down and gets ground down.

I’m going with the consensus as well. Frazier grinds Williams down for a mid round stoppage.

Frazier gets dropped early, but preserves through difficult moments to stop Williams late in the fight.

Quarry Ramos Ellis ect all came out and engaged Joe and tried to put him down. Joe showed him inexperience against Bonevena and got dropped walking into ####. Let's stop already with Frazier getting dropped early in every Hypothetical matchup. Its ridiculous at this point. It really is.

Frazier by KO. Williams was no George Foreman.

Whether you like it or not, Frazier is THERE to be hit. He's going to come at one of the concensus hardest punchers of all time, who hit harder than Liston himself according to contemporaries. Quarry, Ellis, and Ramos, don't hold a candle to Williams in the power department.

It might look like Frazier's bout with Manual Ramos where Joe got caught cold and shook down to his heels. Ramos was about the same size as BigCat and was also a puncher.
Frazier just imposed his will on Ramos. The Mexican kept punching but as the 1st round was closing he was already getting the worst of it.
Ramos had a good punch and he susceptible to being hurt similar to BigCat Williams.
It's rocky trail but Joe walks through Williams.
