That´s the problem with Golovkin, he never climbed the mountain top at 160. You can say he got robbed by Canelo but at the end of the day, Canelo walked away with the W.
And Golovkin was left with a thin resume.

But the Twitter call outs from Lara to GGG are legit though? Stay consistent.

This is the reason. People understand Floyd asking Canelo for a catch weight because Floyd won his first title at 130lbs, and 154lbs is Floyd's 5th weight division up. People also understood Cotto asking for a catch weight because his first world title was at 140lbs and 160lbs was his 4th weight division up and Cotto probably comes into the ring at about160lbs.Golovkin was willing to accomadate Mayweather because the fight would be huge and Mayweather is so small. Floyd comes into the fight a 150lbs when he is either fighting at 147lbs or 154lbs weight divisions. Golovkin while weighing in at 160lbs comes in on fight night weighing 170 lbs most the time and 173 lbs at the Absalute most. When Canelo fought Mayweather and Canelo weighed in at 152 lbs, over night it's highly likely that Canelo put on 18 lbs and weighed 170lbs on fight night out weighing Floyd by 20 lbs. Its well documented that Canelo when fighting at 154 lbs at weigh ins, comes into the ring 172 to 174 lbs fight night. Canelo was a big powerful jr middleweight. So quite simply Canelo when fighting at jr middleweight would come into the ring on fight night the same or heavier than Golovkin does on fight night while fighting at middleweight. Golovkin and his people knew this and knew all they were trying to do was weaken him.Canelo was naturally as big as GGG in other words. The fans knew it too and were angered by it and there was much talk on the Web about it. After the web controversy Canelo's people decided to stop showing second day weigh ins, and from that time tell now they still don't show Canelo's 2nd day weight. Canelo's trainers were quite embarrassed by this situation. They had a very hard time convincing people that they were at a weight and size disadvantage, because there never was one to begin with.

Didn't Ward pop up out of nowhere, from injuries and managerial problems and say to GGG after he signed to fight Lemieux, basically drop everything you are doing, fight me now or I'm going up to 175lbs? I remember know, and I was looking forward to it after the Lemieux fight. That Golovkin would have given Ward all he could handle. Remember, alot of you guys would give Canelo a good chance against Ward, well GGG is right up there with Canelo. Think about it.

Oh yeah. Kovalev won the first fight against Ward. No question. Ward should have one loss on his record.

Or he must have known and correctly so, that even together, neither of them could draw flies.

You know, Golovkin isn't the one telling the gym stories. Its people who have been in the ring with him. He leaves an impression on them and it's almost always the same. Don't hate him for what his apponents and sparring partners say. What kind of sense does that make?

I remember Floyd was afraid of Margarito, and Pacquiao. It seems if you destroy Cotto that his breaking point.

Think about this. Kovalev beat Ward in the first fight, everybody knows it, even you. Canelo KOED Kovalev. GGG and Canelo went life and death, twice, and you don't think prime Golovkin had a chance against Ward?.Please, Wards got you all fooled.

Canelo was a weight bully at jr middleweight, gained almost 20 lbs over night. He wasn't a blown up anything. Now he's fighting in his proper weight division.

Yes they are. Which is why Lara actually took on serious fights, while Golovkin moved on to fight hopeless bums.

I think it's rather obvious in every post I make regarding these nonsensical rumors that I clearly poke fun at the people telling it. Which is why at the end of every Golovkin-related post I make I end it with a direct insult to his fanbase.

Margarito - Overhyped cheater who only called out smaller opponents and was hailed a hero for it
Golovkin - Overhyped fighter that only calls out smaller opponents for paydays and is also hailed a hero for it

    We almost have a match.
