This is a big fight that I have waited for long. But due to unfortunate circumstances of Covid-19, all of boxing fight is now off-limit to live attendances. In effect, the show is becoming 'smaller' and 'less value' in the eyes of sponsor and TV. All the boxers have to take the cut in order to fight. Should Loma and Lopez take it as well ? Do they have any choices ?
Yes. Basically this fight should happen now. Both have not fight in a while and the fans want to see it. Although money will be lower pressure on them will be lower too.
Boxing with no audience is much better imo, all the crowd noises block the sounds of the fight and make it less intense
Maybe not but in the new world without a live gate and a man of destiny like Lopez yes I think it will do great on PPV.

I think Lopez needs to take a paycut, and give that extra money to Lomachenko, because he deserves it.

Maybe they could do a pre-event sale of PPV for this fight. If it reaches the threshold then go ahead. If not, refund. Worth a try, otherwise we could be stuck without fights for a long time.
