    Niccolino Locche is underrated on this forum IMO. Cervantes too.

    Ricky Hatton, Dariusz Michalczewski, Randy Turpin, Ricardo Lopez, SRL, Frankie Randall could all be considered underrated to me.
    Loads more out there too.
