While there is a lack of depth, it appears worse than what it really is because of the politics in boxing. Dubois and a few others would make it really interesting at the top end if they were to step up, but boxing usually moves at a snails pace. I reckon Yoka would put a serious beating on Whyte, but again, those boxing politics.

Whyte’s got his standing because he seems to go against the grain, in that he does fight good opponents. Does that make him top 5? I suppose it does, because he’s actually proven his worth when compared to other contenders. Whereas my Yoka and Dubois prediction is just that. A prediction. Until they step up that is. Which again isn’t just about them stepping up, it’s also about a contender willing to take the risk on a prospect, and that will never happen.

The last time it Did happen at heavyweight was actually Joshua, and I think they had to pay Martin 7 million for the privilege.

I appreciate that Dillion has done some good work lately but I honestly think it is an easy night for Fury.

I think that Fury will enjoy making Whyte look stupid he will beat him up and take his time doing it before forcing a late stoppage.

Whyte has managed to achieve better wins than you'd expect by a mix grit, swinging for the hills and getting away with dodgy tactics. They can work against some opponents, but in my head this is just going to suit Fury fine.

Whyte has heaps of heart but gets real dirty when he's losing and because Fury will be able to deal with it I half wonder if Whyte will go far enough to earn a DQ when nothing else is working and he feels like he should be winning so needs to do more

Chisora was at his peak in the 2nd Whyte fight.

Respect to Whyte for beating Rivas and Parker. But would rather see a homeless bomb squad member fight Fury.
