Isn't it amazing how tony Yoko has disappeared from public discourse?

    Just something that I noticed.

The big four Olympians all turned pro at about the same time along with Dubois. People were talking about Yoko, Joyce, Hrgovic, Dychko and Dubois.

Yoko, the gold medalist and presumably the alpha of the bunch, immediately put up some garbage sub-par performances, served some kind of quiet PEDS exile, came back with a couple of wins no one seems to have noticed, and then Covid hit. He seems to be doing nothing to stay in the public conscience.

Right now, for prospects, the first tier appear to be Dubois, Joyce, Hrgovic and Ajagba. Mahkudov and Sirenko have a number of backers. Even Dychko and Fa are still mentioned, albeit usually negatively, more than Yoko, and I would even say I have seen more interest in some very unhearlded prospects like Kossobutskiy, Milas and Vianello, who are at least active.

Just curious...do you agree with me that he has vanished from public interest, is anyone out there at all excited about this guy, and how do you see his career going?

Where are **** are you seeing people talk about Dychko? Certainly not here -- I'd say Dychko is acknowledged even less than Yoka.

Yoka had his PED ban and was doing some minor fights for his comeback -- it's not that abnormal really.

I don't think Yoka is really doing that poorly.

He insists on fighting in France where there is little to no Boxing scene or buzz.

I think Tony Yoka might be the sleeper in the division. He is obviously talented and has the right physical dimensions. I am personally not convinced about Dubois though I like his attitude and aura.

Yoka has served a 12 month PED suspension yet still has wins over Dimitrenko and Allen on his pro resume after only 7 fights. With amateur wins over Parker, Joyce, Hrgovic, Dycho and Nistor, I think Yoka will come good. I don’t think he’ll be a champion but he’ll get a shot.

What should happen is, Yoka should fight Allen again, but with a twist. This time Allen is forced to take the same PEDs that Yoka had the first fight and Yoka has to fight clean. Dave Allen will turn into Roid Rhino and possibly become completely immune to punches, as well as having great power and gas tank. Yoka will be suitably punished.
