If tyson 1988 is back....the most destructive force in boxing history... than theres no telling what he may do....the whole time space continium is threatened...
He was the most destructive force, but I think he'd have lost to prime Henry Cooper and prime Brian London.
Dosnt matter who Mike has a come back against at all it will sell regardless, everyone knows he his just closing his boxing chapter as he must feel the need to or he wouldn't be even doing it. He will earn a fortune then concentrate on his other businesses and anyone who doesn't buy into it **** them the guy is a ATG getting back in shape to have 1 last dance and I carnt wait and hope it comes to fruition for the chance to see him in a ring 1 last time. Respect to Iron Mike.
I'd be surprised if this were more than a lark for him ... he's feeling good, in great shape and those competitive fires are burning hot again. And nobody knows better than him - training isn't the same as fighting. Until he steps into the ring and has someone in front of him determined not to be beaten and willing to take punishment and trade shots, he won't know if he can do it for real. He looked awful his last few fights before retirement, he had no desire left; but while the desire may have returned, the toolbox may be a bit empty compared to his younger days. I wish him well, but have no desire to see another Holmes/Ali, Camacho/Leonard debacle. Hopefully he ignores the short-term money and has a tuneup or three before even considering anything for real ... if he sticks with the concept of charity bouts - Holyfield would be terrific - he'll be OK.
He wanted 500 million pounds to fight Tyson Fury. No one is going to give him that kind of money but that amount is definitely what he needs to get back to his peak boxing earnings and live the life of a millionaire again
