    Going so far?

Are you spending your hard earned, and dreading saying those words, "I cant believe" i spent that much last night!!!

I hope you have enjoyed your defrosted and warmed up steak, and enjoyed paying £2.75 for your glass of lemonade that comes seperately!!!

    Stay at home.

Eat healthily, and save your own life, and your money...

Anyone who went out immediately drinking yesterday is a wrong 'un. I'm waiting a few weeks for hopefully the idiots to disperse.

Never should have closed them in the first place. The whole thing has been a ridiculous overreaction.

You don't need to work in the medical field to realise that this hasn't been anywhere near as bad as we were warned (even with our massively inflated numbers) and the response is now totally disproportionate to the threat.

The original priority was to ensure the NHS didn't get overrun. Well that never came close to happening and was clearly never going to happen. But then we went from 'Protect the NHS' to 'the government needs to warp us all up in cotton whool and control every aspect of our live indefinitely to protect us from the flu'.

I've used the lockdown to give up drink and get really fit. Basically the opposite of BJS.

We have worse flu seasons. No need to hide under your bed in a state of fear because of what the media tells you.

Just google it, there is loads of information.

    Like here :

    https://www.ons.gov.uk/peoplepopula...rofexcesswinterdeathssince19992000/2015-11-25

December 1999 to March 2000 - almost 50,000 people died of flu and that was with 10 million less people in the country. There were 44,000 flu deaths in the winter of 2014/2015. These kinds of numbers are nothing out of the ordinary but most people have no idea that flu killls this many.

The media could have done the same during these flu seasons as whipped people into a state of fear, but no one even knew it was happening because no one made a big deal out of it. If no one said anything about this covid pandemic and everyone just carried on as normal you most probably wouldn't even know it was happening either.

The whole thing has been a total farce and it makes you wonder what's really going on for governments to react the way they have.

Nobody is hiding under the bed in a state of fear but tell me the last time we as a country went into a lockdown over a flu?

I'm not saying Covid 19 is worse than any flu, as I know **** all about it on an expertise level, but it's new so we don't know how to deal with it hence why a lockdown was needed. I think that's the point people are missing about this.

All I'll say is I hear alot of experts who study this say it could be a huge problem, but Joe bloggs who works a normal 9-5 knows better. It's crazy to me.When it comes to medical advice I ask a doctor, not Dave down the pub.
