Inoue is shorter and smaller than Navarette but he's faster than him. If Navalette can take Inoue's best shot and still stand up then Inoue wil face a serious trouble in the late rounds. The last time I saw Inoue taking Donaire 's best shot and holding him for a dear life.
The last time I saw inoue taking Donaire's best shot and then holding him for a dear life. If Navarette can take Inoue's best shot and still stand up then the latter will face a serious trouble in the late rounds. The question is will Inoue move up in weight again to fight Navarette?
I'm not crazy about Navarrete calling out a smaller guy when he may never even make 122 again. But it's a fight that would get everyone excited. I think Inoue tops at 118. He'd be much quicker than Navarrete but I think he gets busted up and stopped. I would love to see the opening betting line for this one.
He shouldn't have to, Dance. He has bigger fish to fry (metaphorically) at his own weight. And there's no guarantee that Navarrete stays around 122 to long enough to fight Inoue. Plus he may lose before Inoue gets there.
100% agree. Never understood why boxing fans can't appreciate a guy fighting in the division that suits his size and skill set the best. Don't we all enjoy seeing fighters at their sharpest? I know I do. It bums me out when a guy moves up and sacrifices some speed and power and doesn't look like the same fighter. I get that guys naturally out grow divisions, but everyone is in such a hurry for boxers to "move up".
Inoue started a minimum weight? Navarette looks like a guy who could and should be campaigning higher. Big for his division. If Inoue is special then he can do what Pac can then he is a monster all right.
I want to see this fight navarrette isn't long for 122 he will be moving up sooner rather than later.
Inoue takes it. Can Rigo still make 122? Wasn't his last fight 122? That's the true test right there.
