He hasn't bloody declined, last 1.5 years he's been recovering from a shoulder injury, he suffered it in the 2nd round of the Linares fight, then he fought Pedraza before fully recovering, then he looked better than ever against Crolla and finally he was exceptional vs a much improved Campbell who is an elite talent.

 

Loma shouldn't be fighting any higher than 130. Dude is tiny. I think its 95% bigger opponents and 5% deterioration.

He fought Pedraza coming off the labrum surgery and fought very guarded. That took a ton of cajones and i have never heard of another fighter ever doing it- fighting for a belt right after major surgery. They usually take a tune-up.

He's a FW competing at LW, I don't see "decline" per se, what I see is someone overachieving against giants.

 

If he is already declining it will be a shame and an anticlimax of a career.

 

He's only like 31 the same age as crawford no he hasn't declined he has a few years left of being prime.
