Well they both wanted a tune up. Joyce hasnt had a fight for 12 months.

Caccace vs Woodstock one had to have teeth removed so that has been pushed back.

Richard's vs Sadiq. Richard's hadnt mentioned his missus was about to give birth! Lol

Looks like Dubois is fighting Erik Pfeifer too. Pfeifer beat Tony Yoka in the WSB I think, so that's an interesting fight

    The Joyce one less so

I don't begrudge a tune up for them both before the October bout though

No makes a lot of sense really.

Overall some nice fights in there.

Sunny Edward's fight is decent enough

I think this is a very fair effort from Frank In the current climate.

    Indeed.

Whatever the rumours re Sky I hope Frank and BT Sport continue their partnership. Good fort boxing to have two networks competing and Frank's shows have a different vibe to them, maybe a little more old school but with some excellent modern takes on coverage from the BT Sport team, of which I'm a big fan.

There's also the not inconsiderable draw that is Paul Dempsey's hair and the possibility that this night will be the one where it finally achieves sentience and strikes off on its own as a new lifeform. I for one can't wait to hear Steve Bunce's commentary should this happy event occur.

Yep, the BT Sport Breakdowns are excellent. About as good as we have it over here in terms of actual fight analysis. And usually filmed at the gym I go to, so keep an eye for me trying to shadow box my way into view one day

Both opponents are complete and utter trash, if Joyce doesn't blast that guy out of their inside a round he may as well retire.

He also beat Michael Wallisch in his last fight. Yoka has a negative record in WSB.

He beat Nistor in one of their meetings too it seems. I don't think he's complete trash at all, certainly a better option than Wallisch. That is a pants fight

Records do not tell the full story of a fight and he was stopped by Nistor in 2015 in a very watchable fight. Nistor is signed to Golden Boy now so lets see how that develops.

What is the co-main then? It doesn't say anything about it in that tweet and I've not seen it anywhere else.
