And Fury is in poor shape in half of his fights.

I don't write boxing articles anymore. I should. (LOL) It was fun at the time.

I'd love to see Wilder knock out Fury in a round or two. The moment he did, though, people here would just say "that was 20 percent Fury."

The greatest would be if Wilder just boxed like he did against Stiverne in fight one after he broke his hand, jabbed, didn't go for the KO, and won a wide unanimous 12-round decision.

Fury doesn't land a lot. Neither does Wilder.

If Wilder upped the tempo and outboxed Fury and dominated him on the cards, I think it would wrap up what has been a pretty upside down year perfectly.

Wilder can't handle Fury and never will be able to handle Fury.

What about the first fight? Wilder almost KOed him.

To answer the Op you have to assume Fury is going to be at least as good (mentally/ physically/ tactically) as the second fight. In all likelihood he will actually be better. No probs at all looking at the 1st fight but you must note Fury was very undercooked going into it off the back of such weight loss.

I do think Wilder has a chance because he has real KO power and is unpredictable but for me if that were to happen it would be a huge upset.

No. Highly unlikely. He had his chance in the first fight when Fury was on the comeback trail.

The 3rd fight he’s already beaten. His confidence is shot, he looked terrified in the second fight, imagine the levels of fear we’ll see from Wilder in the 3rd. I’ll be surprised if he makes it to the ring to be honest.

It only depends on Tyson, if he goes on a drunken trip and stops training, Wilder has a good chance, but in other cases, and taking into account the fact that Fury won two fights, Wilder will only have a chance of lucky punch.

    Agree

Fury is on another level entirely than Wilder

Wilder is too old to start improving his basic skills- he is what he is ; very minimal skill trying to land a big shot it and end it all at once

Fury has honed and trained his skillset and Elusive movement his entire Career, always striving to further hone them. And in his latest fight he brought in more aggression and put more force behind his shots, and as a result, he has more knock out power

fury is just too much for Wilder.

Wilder could land, it isn't impossible.

I'd give him a 1 in 6 chance of knocking Fury out in a 3rd fight.

He has a hail mary punchers chance of landing a fight ending shot. But a 95% chance of getting smashed by Fury.

I think he still has a 30% chance, don't forget Fury still has to execute, those saying wilder has no chance are going overboard, especially when Tysons training is considered,

Wilder has the ability to beat Fury, but it all
comes down to if Wilder is willing to listen to his team and come with a good gameplan, since even Fury after the second round seemed shocked that Wilder came with the exact same gameplan that didn’t win him the first fight. Wilder made the rematch way too easy for Fury.

Wilder also needs to cool it with the extra weight, since he had no upper body movement and it hindered his ring mobility.

Wilder will always have what Wilder has ALWAYS had... a punchers chance. Nothing more. He has a war crime of a right hand.

Now, myself, I have what I have ALWAYS had... a chance of winning the powerball.

I’m not sure which of us has the better chance though.
