It shows where your heart is if you're willing to classify an IV with steroids for one fight and one fight only, with one specific fighter.

As I've said before, Pac was using the WADA banned corticosteroid Celestone through training camp. He got a TUE.

Mayweather used an IV which is not a PED, and got a TUE.

    Mayweather also won.

Also, the fight didn't happen back then because of Arum. Pac was made to look like a fool, but the fight happened immediately once Arum was ready to step up.

They both ducked and they both juiced.

All that matters, is that when it came time to fight, Mayweather walked away with his hand raised.

Pacquiao applied for and got a TUE in advance.

Mayweather broke WADA rules and got a retrospective TUE 20 days after the fight.

    A TUE is a TUE.

If a dehydrated person needs a TUE, it is formally handed down after the fact because it is an acute condition. The dehydrated person is not supposed to wait a couple of days and go into a coma before the TUE is officially given.

This is common sense to those without agenda.

At the time it should have happened, Mayweather was the best boxer in the world, and Pacquiao was the best fighter in the game. Obviously, the best boxer ages better...
However, too late, it did happen. I'll always rate Mayweather slightly over Pacquiao.
But the fact they didn't fight earlier will always keep both out of my top 20 greatest ever p4p. No way either guy has any business among those top 10 or 20 fighters ever. No way.

And by a margin. Despite the incredible weight jumping, I can't place Pacquiao over Maywrather.
    Both fantastic fighters, obviously.

There's TUEs and then there's TUEs. There's applying to use a painkiller in advance of the event and there's using a prohibited IV, not declaring it at the time, and getting an exemption three weeks later.

Any evidence that Mayweather was "acutely" dehydrated and required an IV for this reason? Was there a doctor present?

That use of quotes by you just demonstrates your lack of understanding of medicine.

Retroactive TUE's exist. You apparently do not like that Mayweather beat Pac widely.

I don't care much for either fighter, as it happens.

Evidently you're a Mayweather fan though, hence why you're so defensive about his use of a WADA-prohibited procedure in questionable circumstances and not even declaring it until three weeks after the fight.

Well i said I don't care who's fault it was and you started going on about who's fault you believe it was.

    Dilly dilly!!!

    (Is that still a thing?)

Anyway, I agree. If you say you won’t fight someone because you’re afraid to be busted for PEDs, you shoulder the blame for the duck.

Mayweather was dehydrated, LOL. He brags all the time about fighting at his walking around weight. What was he dehydrated from? Thats a bull**** excuse and anyone who isnt dangling from Mayweathers nuts knows it. Mayweather only fights in Vegas because the NVSAC lets him get away with murder there. They traded the revenue he brings in to the casinos for their credibility.
